- Surface Preparation: Abrasive blasting to SA 2.5 standards to remove corrosion and old coatings.
- NDT Inspection: Full Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Visual Inspection of welds and lifting points by certified Level II technicians.
- Structural Repair: Replacement of corroded steel, straightening of bent members, and certified welding repairs.
- Load Testing: Proof load testing to verify structural integrity post-repair.
- Coating: Application of 3-coat offshore marine paint systems (RAL 2004 Orange or Client Specification) for maximum salt-spray resistance.
- Recertification: Issuance of new inspection certificates and data plate updates.
